Rachel Martin assisted me in my new venture for Freight delivery. I had spoken to a total of 14 Agents across the Country and had a hard time with 12 Agents who are accustomed to slinging quotes across the board. These agents didn't assist by offering suggestions whatsoever, they simply sat there allowing me to make requests of what I needed, since I am fairly new to Commercial Insurance they could have helped with suggestions since they are supposed to be knowledgeable. When they heard the term "Gig App" delivery most of them ended the call and were rude. I came upon Rachel who is not only knowledgeable, but an EXPERT Par excellence.
